Eco-Friendly Metal Processing

At Tuticorin Bio Energy, our metal processing operations are built on precision, efficiency, and sustainability. We specialize in converting raw materials and metal scraps into high-grade Magnesium and Aluminium Alloy Ingots, meeting international quality standards. Scrap Processing & Recycling

We specialize in converting raw materials and metal scraps into high-grade Magnesium and Aluminium Alloy Ingots, meeting international quality standards. Using advanced processing and innovative technologies, we ensure consistent composition, strength, and performance in every ingot.

Melting

The tested and approved scrap is transferred to high-efficiency melting furnaces. Under controlled temperatures, the metal is melted uniformly to ensure delivering consistent quality. This stage is critical for removing remaining impurities and preparing the material for refinement and casting.

Laboratory Testing

The ingot sample is sent to our laboratory for detailed testing to evaluate its composition compliance. Equipped with precision-driven, German-made imported equipment, our in-house lab conducts advanced analysis and ensures every ingot meets international standards before proceeding to the next stage.

Casting into Ingots

Once refined, the molten metal is poured into standardized molds through automated or semi-automated systems. This process shapes the molten metal into high-quality Magnesium and Aluminium Alloy Ingots, ensuring uniform size, weight, and structure suitable for industrial use.

Cooling & Quality Check

After casting, the ingots are allowed to cool under controlled conditions to maintain structural integrity. Each ingot then undergoes a thorough quality inspection to verify its composition, strength, and surface finish, ensuring it meets international compliance standards before packaging.

Packaging & Dispatch

The ingots are packed securely through latest technology and labeled with essential details with eco-friendly equipments.  The ingots are then promptly dispatched to domestic and international clients, maintaining product integrity throughout the transit.
